Pia Arthur
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
brings over 20 years of expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, and corporate reputation.
During 12 years at Amazon, she led communications for major initiatives, including AI-driven innovations, global campaigns like Prime Day, physical retail expansions, and international market launches. As Amazon's first Spanish-language spokesperson, Pia championed diversity and inclusion in communications. Earlier in her career, she served as Marketing Director for Gowalla, later acquired by Meta, and worked with high-profile clients like Procter & Gamble and YouTube. Pia specializes in crisis management, executive communications, and shaping critical company narratives.
Kelly Cheeseman
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
brings over 19 years of experience in communications and business strategy.
She spent a decade at Amazon during a period of explosive growth, where she built and led the Operations communications team, shaping the narrative around Amazon’s vast logistics network. In her final role at Amazon, Kelly served as technical advisor to the CEO of the Worldwide Consumer Business, akin to a chief-of-staff. Prior to Amazon, she spent four years in-house at Walmart and three years consulting for the retail giant. Kelly’s expertise includes crisis communications, media relations, business strategy storytelling, social media, influencer outreach, and executive communications.
